Upon arrival, not only was I warmly welcomed, but to my absolute surprise, the staff went above and beyond by helping me locate a lost bracelet of sentimental value-a gesture that truly touched my heart. the impeccable attention to detail extended to the room, where the heating and air conditioning ensured perfect comfort, and the mini-bar was well-stocked with refreshing beverages. the stunning terrace with panoramic views of Palais Terrab, a mere 1.02 km away, provided a serene spot for relaxation, while the dining table offered a charming setting for enjoying meals prepared with local flair. the presence of free toiletries, an electric kettle, and a flat-screen TV further elevated the level of comfort and convenience, making my stay nothing short of exceptional.
